Mahaffey is based out of Memphis, Tennessee.  The city is ideally located and has evolved into "America's Distribution Center,” which means that we can get to your site FAST.  A truck leaving from Memphis is within an overnight drive of 75 percent of the nation's population.  One can reach 45 states, as well as Canada and Mexico, within a two-day drive.

FedEx is well known for having its Super Hub overnight operations in Memphis.  UPS also has a hub operation.  Northwest Airlines uses Memphis as a hub for over 300 daily flights, including non-stop service to Europe.  In a pinch, Mahaffey can send out spare parts until 11 p.m. and have them to you by 8 a.m. the next morning.  The Memphis International Airport is the busiest cargo airport in the world, and allows us to offer airfreight capability worldwide for our largest structures.

The confluence of five Class I railroads, two Interstate Highways, and seven U.S. Highways allows Mahaffey to move quickly.  Most deliveries are on our own fleet of flat bed semi-trucks, but we also use contract carriers.  This transportation network includes Microbridge and Land Bridge rail service.  Mahaffey can deliver a 40' ISO shipping container to Shanghai, China in as little as 18 days.
