• Confirm and coordinate all orders with the customer to insure timely delivery.
• Respond to service calls, emergency needs, or any other customer needs while the equipment is on contract 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Coordinate customer release of equipment, approval of installation, and insure timely pick-up of all equipment.
• Finalize and review invoicing with the customer.
• Follow-up on any information concerning customer’s transaction from start to finish.
